Raco's Mounting Bracket secures electrical boxes when attached to a stud, positioning them, plaster ears, and low voltage devices between studs. It can accommodate up to three boxes for 16-inch on-center studs.
- Prevents bracket from being pushed back during drywall installation: Fold-back stabilizer leg
- Stud compatibility: Designed for 2-1/2 in. or 3-1/2 in. studs
- Box mounting: Supports 4 in. or 4-11/16 in. sq. boxes
- Time-saving feature: Mount box on ring without raised cover for maximum work area
- Drywall protection: Mounted cover stays within 1/16 in. of drywall, preventing bulging or breaking
- Wall cavity protection: Fold-back stabilizer leg prevents bracket from being pushed back
