Item seems to be in new open Box condition if it was used it wasn't used much at all. Unit looks to be a new condition to me but I may be wrong. I had a customer inquire about the color of the laser, If you are reading this sorry for the delay, I was having Problems locating the item. The laser is red. After looking Closer at the item the back of the box says missing parts. I tested the laser it works perfectly fine. I don't know what it is missing but the pictures show exactly what you will get. My guess is possably a small accessory or 1 battery because only 2 are included and it takes 3.
