British Army cold weather layering system military jacket, commonly known as PCS (Personal Clothing System).
It is also said to be the British Army version of the US military ECWCS Level 7, PrimaLoft jacket.
It is made lighter than the US Military version, and the material is a polyester fiber filling with excellent heat retention.
Furthermore, the outer fabric is highly water-repellent micro-ripstop nylon.
With its high heat retention and light weight, it specializes in functionality for city use.
