This is a German Bundeswehr general's jacket and a brigadier general's shoulder board (color is ambiguous, either Army or Air Force). The collar piping is an unusual gold color. There are no buttons for the shoulder board. Also, the shoulder board is not sewn on. The included buttons are for enlisted personnel - officers, so please purchase buttons separately.
