It comes with default routine settings based on sleep science, or you can customize them to your liking. A Restore routine is your personal way to fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed. In the Hatch Sleep app, you can customize a routine that consists of Read, Wind Down, Sleep and Wake Up steps. Within each step you can personalize light and sound settings to your liking. When youre ready for bed, just tap the device to start your routine.
