Hickory Overalls

These overalls are a modern arrangement based on overalls from the 1950s.
The details of the workwear worn for work at that time are incorporated into the design after understanding their original functionality.

The front bib features a "watch pocket," a detail from the time used to hold pocket watches, and the buttonhole for passing a chain to prevent the watch from falling out is faithfully reproduced.
Green thread is used for the back of the stitching and bar tacks, and the corners of the pockets are intentionally stitched in a loose curve, faithfully expressing the rough atmosphere of the mass-production era.
The shoulder straps are lengthened so that they can be worn at a dropped waist position, and the back is high-backed, creating a neat silhouette.
10-ounce denim, which is slightly thinner, is used.
The vintage-like color of the hickory stripes and the soft texture are attractive for their comfortable fit.
