This is an iPhone 12 mini that I've used for four years.
There are no cracks on the screen or major scratches, but it shows signs of use.
The battery life is poor, and it has been replaced with a third-party battery once.
Face ID is not working.
It takes a long time to start up. It took about an hour to charge from a dead battery.
From a 100% charge, it drops to 25% after two days of no use.
