This is a CP1 ballpoint pen sold in the 1970s-1980s for the Arab countries market.
It features the "W. Germany" engraving (on the body and ink cartridge), which is only seen during the period when Germany was divided.
An amethyst gemstone is embedded in the knock button, making it a very rare model.

Since a considerable amount of time has passed since its release,
the ink and springs may have deteriorated due to aging.
