Silicon carbide also known as moissanite. It rings it between 9.25 to 9.5 on the Moe's hardness scale diamond beam 10. It is much more durable than cubic zirconia and has much more fire as well very often is mistaken for diamond but the UV index will make it clear that it is not It is a large stone approximately 3 and 1/2 carats would be great for a pendant or a bring if you're trying to really make a statement they are more valuable than lab grown diamonds for some reason even though they're created in a lab as well. I didn't write the rules I just live by. Lol
