This PS4 turns on, but there is no display on a TV when plugged in. The disc drive also makes very loud sounds; there appears to be a disc stuck inside of it. It's also in poor cosmetic condition. There may be more wrong with it... I'm not really sure. This is being sold AS-IS, for salvage or repair. No cords, controllers, or anything else is included in this sale.
