Includes game unit, junior boards, and shape pieces as shown. Please note: this set is missing one pink piece and one green piece. Original instruction manual is not included, but gameplay is intuitive and instructions are available online. I've taken a photo of the online instructions and they are in the listing photos (remember this game is missing one green and one pink piece).
Original box is included but shows heavy wear, tears, and damage from storage. Game itself remains clean and fully usable.
