Doulton Lambreth England Tall Blue Vase
Circa 1890s and measures 17" tall, 6″ long at the longest point, 4 15/16" base and 4 3/4" top.
The way it is approximately 10 pounds
Features four beautiful art nouveau figures in relief on a royal blue background, floral borders at the neck and near the bottom. The base and top are brown with an art nouveau design around.
There is the Doulton Lambeth England mark, which dates 1891-1956, it is impressed. This mark will be found on plain brown & cream stoneware and the occasional faience ware.
It is in beautiful condition with no chips, hairlines or repairs. Kiln effects and normal wear commensurate with age and use. However, inside the very top of the vase, it looks as if it may have been repaired at one time. You cannot see the repairs from the outside, so it may be ordinary where in tear
