Its roughly a 6 to 6 1/2 size ring I measured and its about 6 mm maybe a little bit more it weighs 2.96 g and Im not sure what the stones are but my jewelry guy said most likely topaz. But I just sent some pictures so. I wear a size 6 on my pinky and it fits a bit loose.
